We are located in the Hudson Valley region of New York State. Weather permitting, we typically ship the Monday following the receipt of your order. If the weather is unfavorable, especially during winter, we will reach out to you to arrange an alternative shipping date or ship your order the following Monday, depending on the weather.

We recognize that growing conditions can vary among individuals; therefore, we offer a forty-eight (48) hour unconditional money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your plant, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked, for any reason within forty-eight (48) hours. After this period, all sales are final.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) apply to all sales of goods by us, regardless of any conflicting, contrary, or additional terms in any purchase order or other communication from you. We will not regard any conflicting, contrary, or additional terms as accepted unless we expressly confirm our acceptance in writing.

The prices for goods are those specified in our order confirmation. All prices stated in our offerings are in U.S. Dollars and do not include taxes, shipping costs, and other charges, such as sales, use, excise, value-added taxes, or similar charges imposed by any government authority.

Neither party shall be entitled to or liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to business interruption costs, loss of profit, removal or reinstallation costs, re-procurement costs, loss of data, damage to reputation, or loss of customers. Your recovery from us for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price for the goods related to that claim, regardless of the claim's nature, whether in contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise.

We will not be liable for any claims based on our compliance with your written requests, specifications, or instructions regarding the shipping of any plant. Any modification or alteration of plants covered by our forty-eight (48) hour guarantee will void the guarantee, and the sale will then become final.
