Description

The cross on this is P. caudatum ‘Rodan’ x P. lindleyanum ‘Legion’.  ‘Rodan is one of our darkest, chocolate colored forms of P. caudatum and ‘Legion’ is one of our most free flowering, branching forms of P. lindleyanum.. The results are spectacular. We are seeing flowers darker than average from this cross, easy to grow, vigorous plants with high flower counts.  We are seeing 2-3 foot flower spikes bearing up to seven (7) large, dark flowers successively over several months.  Some are branching.  Typically seeing 2 – 3 flowers open simultaneously.  These plants are all multi-growth near specimen size plants.
