Paphiopedilum hookerae

Description

Blooming size plants of a rare and sought after Paph.!  These plants are blooming size and a few are in low spike.  This species is small for the size of the flower and the height of the spike, which commonly reaches 24 inches.  I saw one plant at the nursery of Taylor Orchids many years ago that had eight (8) spikes held above a 15-growth plant in a six (6) inch pot!  These are a must have for any Paph. collector or breeder.
